Take 427 Expressway South. Continue onto Gardiner Expressway. Take the Spadina Avenue Exit. Turn left at Spadina Avenue and then turn right on Queen Street West. Turn right at Bay Street and 390 Bay Street is on the right of Baystreet at Richmond Street.
